The Dan neville Big Band
Led by vibraphonist, marimbist, composer, and arranger Dan Neville, the Big Band features some of New York’s finest improvisers and section players. Neville’s writing blends modal harmony, 20th-century European influences, Afro-Colombian rhythms, and textures inspired by Guinean balafon music, elevating the vibraphone and marimba to leading voices in the orchestra. Based in New York, the band continues to evolve as a platform for experimentation and collaboration. Performances are coming in 2027, so stay tuned!
